Dear Staff & Residents,

I along with my family want to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the wonderful care and compassions you have shown to our mother and grandmother (BH) over the last five years that she was with you. She and we could not have been more pleased and we thank you! She misses you all and also wants you to know how much she enjoys all the flowers, cards, gifts and visits over the years.

Gratefully, L.O. & family

Please convey my sincere thanks to EVERYONE in your employ. Your entire staff consists of a rare breed of our humanity, always displaying compassion, an eagerness to help in all aspects involved with living at CVH, and a willingness to accommodate to our every whim. The geriatric population around Norwich is surely blessed to have access to your facility. All efforts are sincerely appreciated and one more reason why, after on a few weeks, I feel at home and am now ready to add many years of joyful living.

To: The Chenango Valley Home “Family”

Thank you so much for all the blessings you bestowed on our mother while she was here. It was such a comfort to all of us to know that she was surrounded by such committed and caring people.

In Peace,
--J.R. Family

Dear Bill,

Thank you so much for all you and your wonderful staff did for my mom. She really felt like you gave her an extended family. I can’t say enough about your incredible staff and the positive atmosphere you and the board have created. It is a unique and extremely loving way for older adults to experience as they deal with the challenges of aging. We feel blessed to have been a part CVH. I also became close to many of the residents and workers. Thank you for always making me feel welcome.

With sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation,

I want to sincerely thank you for all your concern and support in dealing with my mom. You helped me through some very difficult times. Your dedication, as well as that of your staff, is exemplary. Thanks you.

Dear Board Members,

On behalf of the D.A. family, I want to thank you for the excellent care that our mother, grandmother and great grandmother received during her 17+ years stay at the Chenango Valley Home. The activities offered to the residents stimulate both the mind and the body, keeping the entire person alert. The opportunity to have medications dispensed at regular times is invaluable. But more important than any of these benefits, is the care and attention of the staff. Every staff member from maintenance to LPNs exhibits kindness and sincerity in dealing with the residents. Our mother always felt as if the people helping her really cared about her and she considered the Chenango Valley Home her home. Thanks you for such a fine establishment and for making our mother’s time with you so comfortable.

Dear Bill & Staff,

I would like to say how wonderful all the staff members are at Chenango Valley Home. Such kind, caring people help care for my folks and your new resident my mother-in-law. Such peace of mind we have knowing you are spoiling them rotten and at their beck & call continuously!!! We should be so lucky later in life huh?

Take care and many thanks again to all.

PS: Oh yes, must mention you put up with my brother too!

Dear Bill and all Staff & Board,

J.B.’s family would like to thank everyone at the home for all the love and care you gave to her. She mentioned numerous times how great you all were and tended to her every need. She really loved it there and cared about all of you.

Thank you again.
