Floor Plans
We offer one and two-bedroom apartments with different floor plans to choose from. Each apartment features a spacious living and kitchen area, closet and pantry space, a comfortable bedroom, windows to let in natural light, and a bathroom with a step-in shower. Each apartment is equipped with safety features to keep you secure in your home, and our 24-hour staff are always just a call away.

Admission
We require an initial entrance fee that is an initial investment in our home. The fee is used within our operations. If the resident leaves the home within the first year, the entrance fee is returned on a prorated basis. Should they require personal care services and decide that a change to the adult home is the right choice, acceptance to the home will waive any additional entrance fee regardless of how long they reside in the apartments. There is a monthly fee based on occupancy, and there is a monthly fee if they have a vehicle. Telephone charges are the resident’s responsibility. Special activities and outings may have a cost associated with them. All other amenities are included.
